Gracie’s Homecare SMS Alerts

1. Enrollment & Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Gracie’s Homecare. These messages may include:

• Schedule reminders and schedule changes.

• Care updates and health alerts.

• Billing notifications and administrative follow-ups.

2. Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your care schedule and communication preference, but you can expect up to 4 messages per month. You will only receive messages relevant to your request service or care. To stop receiving messages, text STOP. For assistance, text HELP. 3. How to Opt-Out or Unsubscribe

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number, 443-400-7188. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time.

4. Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance or contact our office directly at 443-400-7188.

5. Security Warning

Standard text messaging is not a 100% secure method of communication. By opting in, you acknowledge that there is some risk that PHI contained in unencrypted text messages could be intercepted by unauthorized third parties.

6. Product Description

By submitting your mobile number to Gracie’s Home Care, you agree to receive text messages related to the services we provide. Your phone number and opt-in status will not be shared with affiliates or third parties for promotional use. Message or Data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and Gracie's Homecare is not responsible for these charges.

We do not share text message originator opt-in data or consent with any third party.
