About Gracie’s Homecare

Dedicated to Comfort. Committed to Dignity.

At Gracie’s Homecare, we believe that there is no place quite like home—especially when navigating the challenges of aging, illness, or recovery. Founded on the principles of compassion, respect, and family, our mission is simple: to provide exceptional, personalized care that allows your loved ones to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own surroundings.

Our Story

Gracie’s Homecare was born out of a deeply personal understanding of what it means to care for a family member. Our agency was inspired by Gracie, our founder’s mother, whose grace and resilience taught us the true value of compassionate care.

We realized that finding trustworthy, high-quality care can be overwhelming for families. That’s why we built an agency dedicated to treating every client like a member of our own family. We aren't just providing a service; we are building relationships based on trust, safety, and genuine connection.

The Gracie’s Homecare Difference

We understand that no two individuals have the exact same needs. Our approach to homecare is rooted in personalization and excellence.

  • Customized Care Plans: We work closely with families and healthcare providers to tailor our services to your loved one’s unique routine, health requirements, and preferences.

Meet Our Founder: Olamide (Ola)

For me, caregiving has never been just a job—it’s where my heart lives, and it is the foundation of everything we do at Gracie’s Homecare.

My journey in this industry started right at the bedside. Before I ever thought about starting an agency, I was a dedicated caregiver myself. I spent years walking into people’s homes, sitting at their kitchen tables, and holding the hands of parents and grandparents who were facing the challenges of aging or recovery. I know exactly what it feels like to be the person a family relies on to keep their loved one safe, comfortable, and happy.

But as my passion for homecare grew, I wanted to understand how to serve families on a deeper, more systemic level. To do that, I immersed myself in every corner of the industry.

Over the years, I transitioned into vital administrative and leadership roles, serving as an HR Professional, a Staffing Coordinator, and a Homecare Agency Operations Coordinator.

These roles gave me a masterclass in what it takes to run a flawless care agency:

  • As a Caregiver, I learned the heart of the business—empathy, dignity, and true companionship.

  • As an HR Professional, I learned how to rigorously vet, interview, and select only the most trustworthy and skilled professionals.

  • As a Staffing Coordinator, I mastered the art of matching the right caregiver’s unique personality and skills with the specific needs of a family.

  • As an Operations Coordinator, I learned how to keep the back-end running seamlessly, ensuring scheduling is foolproof, communication is clear, and care is never interrupted.

I founded Gracie’s Homecare because I realized that true peace of mind for a family requires both an empathetic heart and an organized, professional operation.

When you choose Gracie’s Homecare, you aren't just hiring an agency. You are bringing in a team that has been built from the ground up by someone who has lived every single role in homecare. I know what excellent care looks like on paper, and more importantly, I know what it feels like in the home.

"I know how much trust it takes to open your front door and welcome someone in to care for your family. Because I have been the caregiver, the scheduler, and the manager, I promise you that we have the heart to care for your loved one and the professional expertise to do it flawlessly."Olamide, Founder & Owner
